New Scotland Away Rugby Strip 2012/2013- Canterbury Scotland Change Kit 12/13

Scotland have today unveiled their new away strip for matches to be played during 2012/2013. The new Scotland rugby top 2012/13 will be worn for the first time in this year’s End of the Year Tests ( EOYT) when the national side take on the All Blacks on November 11, 2012. The new change kit has been made by Canterbury.

The interesting part of this Scottish away shirt is the placement of the saltires ( Andrew’s cross) on the jerseys.

As always, this top is sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland ( RBS)

The likes of David Denton, Ross Ford and Sean Lamont are here seen modelling the new away strip.

  1. While I like St.Andrew’s cross, I prefer the darker blue to the lighter blue.

Not only is yellow and white, or green ad blue, a poor colour mix, but so is all-white sox. That might be okay for football, but not rugby!

What is this obsession with all-white or all-black? We have colour TV now, yet we attempt to make the differentiation far greater than back in the days of b/w TV.
