This is the new Hull FC Magic Weekend shirt, Super League outfit Hull FC’s new kit for their 2014 Magic Weekend fixture. The event, which will be held at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium, sees Hull FC take on local rivals Hull Kingston Rovers.
This new Hull FC magic weekend kit has been designed by Sid Domic, the former Australian rugby league star who played for Hull and Warrington in the 2000’s. Domic, who has designed heritage shirts for both the Broncos and Souths in the NRL as well the Indigenous All Stars jersey, has used his indigenous heritage (Kalkadoon tribe) and artistic ability to represent the history and heritage of Hull FC using traditional Aborigine painting techniques.
The design shows Aboriginal portrayals of well-known local landmarks such as the River Hull, the club’s former home the Boulevard and the KC Stadium.
The jersey is sponsored by the Pulse Rate Group
