This is the South Africa RWC Away shirt 2011 that will be worn by the Springboks in select games during the forthcoming 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. In comparison to the Boks’ home kit, the South Africa away shirt for the Rugby World Cup is white in colour. This away top, like the home one, has also been made by Canterbury.

As mentioned above, this South African alternate shirt is white in colour with bottle green trim. It contains the World Cup logo and the South African rugby association’s logo on the shirt, as well as the logo of kit makers Canterbury. A printed Webb Ellis cup is on one sleeve ( to mark the Boks’ World Cup triumphs in 1995 and 2007) with the Springbok on the other arm ( left sleeve). The Springbok has moved to the sleeve because a maximum of three marks are only allowed to be present on the shirt of a World Cup participating team ( which in this case are the World Cup logo, SA Rugby’s crest and Canterbury’s logo)
