This is the new Connacht “Green Lantern” jersey 2015, a special edition strip created by the Irish province’s kit partners BLK. As the name suggests, this rugby jersey is based on the Green Lantern books published by DC Comics.

The concept isn’t completely unique though- the NRL have brought out some Marvel themed jerseys, while Super Rugby outfit Melbourne Rebels had a Superman jersey last season.
