This is the new Auckland Blues Super rugby jersey 2013, Blues’ new home kit for the 2013 season. The Blues had a poor 2012 SR season, despite managing to beat the Bulls in Pretoria in the opening rounds and beating the Brumbies in the last round of the competition, and will be hoping for a marked improvement in their fortunes under new coach Sir John Kirwan. The names of Northland, North Harbour and Auckland ( the domestic unions that make up the Blues franchise) have been incorporated into the collar of the new Blues 2013 top and more interestingly, one can see the Rangitoto volcano motif on the front of the jrsey. Ireland have unveiled a new alternate rugby strip that will be first worn when they take on two time World champions South Africa on November 10, 2012 in the first of their 2012 Autumn tests. The new Irish away 2012/2013 rugby jersey was officially unveiled on November 1, 2012 by the IRFU. This is the new British and Irish Lions 2013 jersey, the playing uniform for the British and Irish Lions’ 2013 tour to Australia. The new Lions Australia shirt has been made by Adidas and was officially unveiled on October 29, 2012. The Lions, coached by Warren Gatland, will be visiting Australia for the first time since 2001 and apart from the Wallabies, will also be playing against all 5 Super 15 outfits ( Reds, Brumbies, Force, Tahs, Rebels) and a combined NSW/QLD outfit. Scotland have today unveiled their new away strip for matches to be played during 2012/2013. The new Scotland rugby top 2012/13 will be worn for the first time in this year’s End of the Year Tests ( EOYT) when the national side take on the All Blacks on November 11, 2012. After the earlier release of their new home and away kits for the 2012/13 season, Welsh rugby outfit Llaneli Scarlets have unveiled their new European shirt for the 12/13 season. This white Scarlets jersey will be worn in the 12/13 Heineken Cup and was officially revealed in October 2012. Like the other two, this new Scarlets Europe shirt has been made by Burrda Sport.
