This is the new Reds jersey 2016, St.George Queensland Reds’ new home shirt for the upcoming Super 18 Rugby season. Made by BLK, the new Reds 2016 rugby top was officially unveiled on 5 November, 2015.
The Reds had a very poor couple of seasons under Richard Graham and they will be keen to turn a corner in 2016. However they will have to do it without some of their best players, with the likes of Quade Cooper, Will Genia, James Horwill and James O’Connor all leaving Brisbane for greener pastures overseas.
Reds flanker Liam Gill is here seen modelling the new kit, which has been named the #milliondollar jersey by manufacturers BLK as a reflection of the investment put into R & D by the latter.
The Reds will also have a navy away/alternate jersey for SR 2016. The navy shirt appears to have the same principal design as the home one.
